I can across the video of the voyage up the River Wye to Hereford by a 124 foot Dutch barge and discovered there us a web site which covers its trip up and down the river and also the exploits of a narrow boat Wye Invader two.

The bit going backwards down the rapids with the river in fill flood is awe inspiring!
