Dotterel had a shower bath when she was a hire boat.
We decided to fit a proper bath. A short one though as we had just on 4 feet of space.
When we bought it Jo tried it out!
So we removed the old one.
The new one was bit too long so it had to be sunk into the wall slightly.
And an alcove made for the taps.
There was a rib off the hull just by the taps which would cause hassle later! The taps froze despite heating the boat. I introduced a mod to the plumbing to drain the taps so it wouldn't happen again.
This is the finished bath.
All we needed to do was try it out. Lots of bubbles and wine and Jo declared it a success. Strangely she banned the camera though!
