Napton Junction and back. We had to pump out the loos 'cos the Queen is coming (my Mum). So we decided to go up the locks and moor near the junction. We helped some people up the locks who seemed to enjoy chatting more than working locks and abandoned the paddles to leave me to worry about their bow getting caught under the gate. (The fender slipped out after stretching a bit!!) We did pretty well getting in and out of the marina and with the 3 point turn at the junction (we backed into the mooring). It was quite pleasant but became pretty busy what with the hire boats all going out and a fair number of people deciding they liked our spot too. We went back down the locks with another boat from Calcutt.

PS It's actually a shot from an earlier cruise hence the boat is facing the wrong way.
