I found a book on my bookshelf that I didn't recognizes having read before, when I open it to my surprise the front page contained a dedication to myself from the author dated Seattle 1982. Yes I was in Seattle in 1982 and visited the wooden boat builders on one of the nearby lakes.
The Creation of Cloah Sark by Johnny Clougher a fantastic read of a man who built his own boat and then sailed it round the world. I have spent half the morning following it up on the internet.
Doubt if you will find it in the local library.
