I am still awaiting delivery, CART are extremely apologetic and doing all they can to sort it out with Royal Mail, who have 'lost' 3 copies, not just mine. |

I have just received my replacement copy, as expected it isn't signed but as far as I am concerned that isn't important. For those interesting it is a hard back, 346 pages and UK price £20.00. |
