My latest book off the bargain shelves £1.00. As well as being joint founder of the Inland Waterways Association Tom Rolt was also involved in the founding of the Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society. This book is his account of the setting up of the Society and the first two years of its operation and the struggle to keep the railway operating with worn out track and equipment.

I have found all of Rolts books most interesting,you certainly got a bargain on this one. |
