I have just given my 4 foot tank its fortnightly water change and general maintenance, it doesn't seem as easy as it used to be and also I almost have to persuade myself to do it these days.

Since getting rid of my 3 foot deep tank Article Here I have been toying with the idea of getting some more fish but have now decided against it. Currently there are only 6 Clown Loach, 2 Harlequins and 2 Mountain Minnows. Once these have gone, then It will be the end of my aquarium days.

I do find watching the fish relaxing, but it is getting a bit much to look after them now.

The Clown Loach spend a lot of time in the logs during the day as you can see here.

I do however have my garden pond and this is still well stocked.

I would feel sorry far any kingfishers diving into my pond, they would be 'pixelated', I had to solve a heron problem many years ago, so it has nets over it.
