Sunny with a gentle breeze

I am going for a walk this morning, I hope to be able to get back to my routine now.

I have a Zoom meeting at 11:00am, and an ECG at 2:00pm, Chris is taking me and then we will do my weekly shop.

Yesterday's escapade at the hospital meant the vampire nurse struck again.. I have to undergo another operation this month.
