Hello everyone

Well what a weekend. What could have gone wrong has. After getting the Sky installation on Friday we couldn't connect to the internet which resulted in a new modem been sent out today which has now connected ok to all of the systems, printer, phones, tablet, laptop and TV. After the installation on Friday the desktop computer decided not to load up, so that has gone to get repaired.

I gathered it was internet problems Pete, hopefully everything is now OK.
