Good Morning Everyone. A deep frost overnight. Breezy with sunny spells later on but not getting much warmer. I am not chancing my walk with all the frost and ice around, I don't like the idea of slipping over and its possible consequences, so it's a day indoors. I have a Zoom meeting at 11:00 and Chris will be here later. |

Morning all A fine sunny day with light winds staying cold. Early Dr appointment at daft o'clock (7-10) re blood test results. No more sweets or cakes,  sugar levels up. A day to myself with Bobby dog, after taking Joan to Saltburn to her walking group. |
