Morning all
Typing with left hand as have to keep other wrist elevated-heart results normal but had a bleed and now have to be careful for a few days
Weather lovely

Morning all, Had to take my son to Liverpool yesterday parked at the pierhead and had my first look at the linking canal into the Albert dock,nothing second rate about the construction.Hope to get there by boat one day.

Late again. Just got back back from the hospital, had a endoscopy down me tummy, a couple of polops and biopsy taken, thay dont think thay are owt to be concerned about.

The report also says avoid for 6 weeks, no smoking, no spicy food and no alchol. :( I Dont smoke don't like heavy spices but the latter is straight out the window.
