MMMM, I wonder if this will include all boats on the canals, if we revert to horses this will increase methane amongst other towpath surprises, if electric all waterways will have to have numerous charging points, this should keep the vandals happy at least.

A serious thought! We are thinking about a new day boat for accessible boating. Electric could be possible but would be a problem when we need her to go to the dry dock. I wonder if the new hydrogen technology being trialled soon on trains could be the answer.
