The boat in question was a charity boat with an experienced crew, going up the lock they left a bottom paddle only partly closed boat wedged on cill of the next chamber. rescue by RCR experts and lock reopened. |

Yes I agree Laurie, it is fortunate that no one was hurt although for some it could have been a very stressful process. |
