Yesterday Fred Talbot the former Granada weatherman was found guilty at a Manchester court. Most of us in the Granada area would have enjoyed not only his weather forecasts but, Wheres Fred ?, driving his Hienkle bubble car, and his many canal programs made in the area. A tragic fall from grace for a talented presenter.

Classic tale of a teacher in an all boys school. Pity he wasn't prosecuted by the school that sacked him. This was sadly normal for those days.
