It dosn' float. It's like an aircraft, without motion it can't get of the ground.
The hydrofoils are shaped like aircraft wings, only in water, the downwards presure creates an equel upward presure
and the flexing causes the water to flow over the hydrofolis like the air over a planes wings giving further uplift. and forward movment.
