It is such a shame as stated and I can understand the feeling that it is an eyesore, but have the council got the authority to move the boat?

Another thing about the boat is that, if the owner claimed insurance on the vessel, the insurance company offically own it and therefore should be responcible for it and it's removal.

The boat is at Park Lane A twisted mass of steel I think it will have to be scrapped.We have passed it twice this weekend whilst attending the celebrations at Cheddleton.
