Jo and I visited the Light Box Gallery in Woking today. http://thelightbox.org.uk/home It was interesting with exhibitions on Aboriginal Art, Photographs of pop idols and Alien Invasions (War of the Worlds and Darleks). The cafe was good too. This is part of a task Jo and I have set ourselves to provide more information for people who hire the holiday boat, Madam Butterfly, from Accessible Boats. http://www.accessibleboating.org.uk/ The task involves visiting tourist attraction and moorings by car, bike or canoe to assess the facility and determine its ease of access for wheelchairs. In this case there is a great mooring and easy access. It is a tough task all this visiting canals and cafes but someone has to do it. Cheers Graham |
