As I mentioned yesterday I with others went to Wales on a school business trip, on the way home we visited a friend, in Llangollen, of one of those on the trip. The friend lived by the canal and railway, lucky chap, during the conversation he mentioned that they had replaced all the lights on their narrowboat with LCD strip lights to save battery power. I am not sure if this is of any use to anyone or not, but I thought that I would share it with you.
