So one moment your boat is safely tied up and the next minute it is off down the Severn.

Talk about suspense, I have been trying to read the article since it was posted. Finally my internet speed is back to where it should be, it appears the providers have been improving it.

The boat is safe and very little damage so a happy ending for the owner, once he has fully recovered it.
