| Image Description: | Ever since starting the garden railway my son and myself have always liked the LGB Mallet loco sets with 2 carriages. Unfortunately they were far too expensive for us. I did however manage to get a second hand loco as seen in the picture. I suppose that I had given up on the idea but in February (2024) I came across a website that was selling new boxed carriages 55cm (about 20 inches) in length and well within my price range. They had very good reviews so I ordered 3 and the total cost compared to the top brands was a lot less than I would have to pay for 1 new one. The quality every bit as good as the top brands with glazed windows and sliding doors. |
